My Personal Review:
This recipe is absolutely AMAZING, The aroma in the house teases you for hours! When done, you can finally enjoy the juicy, perfectly spiced roast, that falls apart in your mouth. The tender potatoes and carrots covered in a smooth dark gravy complement the roast, and are a perfect side. What do you expect me to say about my grandmas recipe??? But believe me, It is the truth! The only down fall of the recipe is the time it takes to prepare and cook it, but that's not Nanny's fault!

My Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 Clean Plates
