My Personal Review:

These Steak Kabobs were the most amazing kabobs I've ever tasted. The marinade gives them the perfect taste and keeps them extremely juicy. Like I said in the intro, these kabobs are perfect for large gatherings. One thing I would recommend the use of metal skewers. Even if the wooden skewers are soaked for over 24 hours, they still tend to dry up, burn, and eventually break even if you are not done cooking.

My Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 Clean Plates

Oh yum. I'm always up for a good kabob recipe. Maybe when this stinking weather gets better....

I'm making these today. I'll let you know how they turn out.

I'll also let you know how I handled not having skewers. (Where was I on THAT one?) I mean, doesn't everyone already have skewers?

Okay - we just finished these, and they were AMAZING. For sure, the best kabob meat I've ever had.

We also rubbed our pineapple with honey and brown sugar (before grilling) for a super sweet flavor.

We didn't have skewers, so we ended up cutting up an old wire hanger - which worked fine, but cut the heck out of my finger (those suckers were sharp).

We will definitely be purchasing metal skewers in order to make these again.

Thanks for the recipe!

I'm really glad you enjoyed the steak kabobs! That was a great idea putting the honey and brown sugar on the pineapple, ill have to try that next time.

Melissa wasn't kidding when she said it was the best kabob meat we've ever had. It was delicious! And the pineapple... It was like eating at Tucano's without the long wait and without the meat sweats.
